Wheel wells were marked with a compass and cut out with a dremel tool working from the center out. I cut the outside circle perimeter with my exacto knife just enough to cut the balsa. It left a much nicer cut than what i could do with the roto zip bit. When i got close to the end I popped the balsa loose from the foam and used the Dremel to clean out the remaining foam. It worked out really well.

Wheels wells are cut out. Ill start lining them out. I think I'll glass the wheel wells so they can be painted. Otherwise these wings are almost ready for some Monokote, it wont be long. Call me wierd but I love the smell of a fresh roll of Monkote being opened up. 😁
